From the tiniest cactus to the tallest Oak tree, from the toughest native plants to the rare exotics, you’ll find the perfect plant from our exceptional variety of trees, shrubs, perennials, vines, grasses, groundcovers, houseplants, annual flowers, vegetable crops, herbs, bonsai, and more including seasonal items like pumpkins and Christmas trees. We also have a curated selection of seeds, bulbs, pots, soils, mulches, tools, statuary, fountains, fertilizers, disease and pest control, and other hard goods.

We're open year-round, so come in, meet our amazing team, and see our evolving living inventory firsthand. When you’re here we just ask that you respect our team and follow our shopping guidelines…

BE RESPECTFUL & KIND –
Our team works hard to keep our environment safe and clean, so we ask that customers be respectful of team members and fellow customers while they shop.

  • Children must remain with their guardians at all times.

  • Well-mannered pets are welcome on leashes.

  • No running.

  • Shoes required.

  • No smoking or vaping.

  • No loitering.

  • No weapons. 

  • If you are on your phone, our team will attend to other businesses and customers.

  • Let us lift and load for you, just ask a team member for assistance.

  • Restrooms are for customers and team members only. 

  • Fountains are for looking and listening, please no touching or tasting.   

We respect all team members and customers who choose to wear a mask and ask that all customers show the same respect to our team and your fellow customers. There will be a zero-tolerance policy for customers harassing team members or other customers about wearing a mask.

WAIT PATIENTLY -
During peak shopping times please be prepared to wait in line at checkout or for team member assistance. If you have questions about plant recommendations, identification, diagnosis, design, or other complex topics we ask that you send these via email and wait for our reply rather than stopping by in person. This allows us to ensure that the expert on that topic will be assisting you.

FOLLOW DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE -
Please be observant of all directional signage and respectful of verbal directions given by team members, especially at checkout. Our exterior register is set up for one-way traffic to facilitate an organized line and flow during busy times. Help us assist customers faster by following this traffic flow.

2. Order Online

for In-Store Pickup

Our online store consists of our entire current inventory of seeds, bulbs, pots, soils, mulches, tools, statuary, fountains, fertilizers, disease and pest control, and other hard goods.

Plants are only available in-store.

ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated time to pick up your order. This is an estimation only. You will receive an additional email and/or text message once your order is ready for pickup (GMAIL users - check your 'Promotions' folder). Orders placed prior to 2pm on weekdays will generally be ready to pick up the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or after 2pm on weekdays are generally available the next business day, but please wait to receive your “ready for pickup” message before coming by. Pickup is only available during our in-store shopping hours.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER park and come to one of our checkout areas. These are located under the blue awning outside or inside the building. If there is a long line at checkout find a team member on the sales floor and let them know you have an online order to pick up.

You have 2 days from the day you place your order to pick it up. After that, the order will be canceled and your payment refunded. If you are unable to pick up your order within 2 days, please call 502-893-7333 and we can discuss further options.
